Suvidha website before travelling and include last 14 days of their travel history. Travellers will be liable for criminal
prosecution if they give incorrect information regarding their health and travel status. On the same portal, must also upload
either a valid vaccination certificate (all required doses done) OR a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test conducted within 72
hours before boarding. Travellers will not be allowed to board if these documents are not uploaded online. On arrival, a sub-
section (2% of the total passengers on the flight) must undergo random post arrival testing at the airport. They will be
allowed to exit the airport once the samples are submitted. If anyone tests positive, they will be treated/isolated as per
standard protocol. All travellers must self-monitor their health for next 14 days of arrival. If travellers under self-health
monitoring, develop signs and symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, they must immediately self-isolate and report to their
nearest health facility or call national helpline number 1075. All travellers must also give an undertaking on the portal or
otherwise to Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, through concerned airlines before they are allowed to undertake
the journey that they would abide by the decision of the appropriate government authority to undergo home/institutional
quarantine/ self-health monitoring, as and when warranted.Further guidelines issued by Maharashtra - In addition to all the
above mentioned rules, there are further guidelines issued by Maharashtra for all incoming travellers who are either arriving
from or have transited through South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe in the last 15 days. : They must undergo mandatory 7
days of institutional quarantine. They must take an RT-PCR test on day 1 of arrival and another on day 7 of quarantine. If
found positive, they will be transferred to a hospital. If negative, they must undergo further 7 days of home quarantine. If any
traveller is taking a connecting flight to any other place in India (without leaving the airport) they must take a test at the first
airport of arrival in Maharashtra. If negative, they can proceed for connecting flight. If anyone tests positive, they will have to
undergo institutional quarantine and follow treatment protocols set in place by local health authorities.Further guidelines
issued by Karnataka: It is mandatory for ALL travellers arriving from UK, France and Singapore to take a test on arrival at
Bengaluru airport. For all other countries, around 5% of travellers will be tested on arrival, on random basis. Two types of
tests are available: Rapid Antigen Test (RT-PCR) for INR 3000 where wait time for result is 1 hour and normal RT-PCR test
for INR 500 where wait time for result is 6 hours. Travellers cannot exit the airport till their negative test report is out. Please

to download the Aarogya Setu app. All travellers (irrespective of where they are travelling from) must undergo a government-
sponsored COVID test on arrival and then proceed for institutional quarantine (either self-paid hotel or state-sponsored free
accommodation facility). If test is negative, they can exit institutional quarantine and proceed for home quarantine for 7 days
and take another test on the 8th day.Further guidelines issued by Bihar: All foreign travellers coming to Bihar through Patna
will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival at the airport. Some travellers will also be randomly selected for RT-
PCR testing.Further guidelines issued by Odisha: Pre-departure test: All international arrivals (irrespective of vaccination)
must carry a negative RT-PCR report, with sample taken within 48 hours of boarding. On-arrival test: All international
arrivals will have to take COVID tests (both RAT and RT-PCR) on arrival and then exit the airport after giving their samples.
They must quarantine for 7 days at home and take another test on day 8. If any of the tests are positive, government-
mandated treatment protocols will follow.Further guidelines issued by West Bengal: All international arrivals (irrespective of
where they are travelling from) must take a COVID test (RT-PCR or RAT) on arrival at their own cost. They must pre-book
