Health screening:
Thermal screening will be done for all passengers on arrival by State Authorities.
Covid test:
Passengers who are not fully vaccinated are to carry Covid Negative test reports for a test
done a maximum of 72 hours prior to entering in Diu.
Airline obligation: Ensure availability of arriving passenger data to State Health Officer.
Airport or state obligation: Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers by State
Authorities.

Exemption

Airlines shall check for Covid negative test report/Full Vaccination Certificate or any
other as per Goa State Govt. guidelines prior to check-in/boarding and passengers are
allowed to Board only when they possess the same. If the passenger is found
symptomatic upon arrival, airline to guide customer along with their bags to the Triage
room in coordination with State Health Authorities.
Thermal Screening upon arrival carried out by State Govt. Covid negative test report/
Full vaccination report or any other to be checked of all the passengers on arrival as
per State Govt. guidelines
International

GUJARAT

Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kandla, Porbandar, Rajkot, Vadodara, Surat- Not
applicable
Home quarantine
Porbandar- Passengers who are asymptomatic and entering Gujarat will not be quarantined,
however they will be permitted to go with the advice that they will self-monitor their health for
14 days.
Surat-07 days’ mandatory home quarantine for all passengers and to monitor their health for
14 days.
Health screening

1. Mandatory Thermal screening and checking of vaccination status.
2. If any symptom of sickness exists, Rapid test to be done and isolate person.
3. If Antigen test is Negative, then sample shall be sent for RTPCR.
4. Positive person should be taken care of according to guideline and genome sequencing
shall be done.
5. A person having no symptom and who hadn't vaccinated yet, he/she shall be advised to
take vaccine. Person shall be advised for self-monitoring of one’s health for 14 days and send
details to relevant medical officer for follow up. Exemption- If a person who has taken both
doses of vaccination before 15 days or more and having no symptoms shall be free to go
home.
Kandla-Mandatory Covid- RTPCR test for passengers arriving from other state, effective
13.11.2021 as per state directive. Tests shall be carried out at arrival by health officials free of
cost.
Exemption-
If a person who has taken both doses of vaccination and having no symptoms shall be free to
go home.
Surat- As per Surat Municipal Corporation, all passengers arriving from other state to Surat
are required to carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negative test report from ICMR accredited
laboratory ( RT-PCR timeline is counted from swab collection) Passengers who are not
carrying negative RT-PCR test report are tested by Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC).
Exemption- Fully vaccinated passengers may be exempted from carrying Negative RT-PCR
Test report while arriving in Surat City.
Passenger obligation
SURAT- Passengers who are not fully vaccinated and arriving to Surat from other states are
required to carry 72 hours prior RT-PCR Negative test report from ICMR accredited laboratory
( RT-PCR timeline is counted from swab collection) and have to fill online Novel Corona self-
reporting form and to download SMC Covid-19 Tracker app by any of the links provided .

Passengers who are found to be symptomatic during screening have to undergo Rapid
Antigen Test.
Airline obligation
Surat- Airlines have to ensure that all passengers fill online self-declaration form on SMC
website prior to arrival at Surat airport.
International

MADHYA PRADESH
Domestic

Home quarantine
Bhopal, Indore- No home quarantine for asymptomatic passengers, if the test result is
Negative, passengers will update their health status on online app. If passenger found
symptomatic, COVID test is to be conducted by the State Health Department. Passenger has
to undergo Institutional quarantine/Home quarantine if tested positive as per State Health
Department guidelines.
Health screening
Indore, Bhopal -Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done for all passengers. All
passenger must download and configure Arogya setu app.
Covid test
Bhopal-, Indore-Not applicable, Jabalpur - All the passengers Departing for Maharashtra have
to produce 72 hours prior Negative RT-PCR Test report or Final Covid Vaccination certificate
(Both Doses) done 15 days before the travel.
Passenger obligation
Bhopal, Indore, -Passenger is required to undergo Thermal screening and health profiling at
the Airport. All passengers must download Arogya Setu App, if Arogya Setu App is not
available then self-declaration form has to be filled up by the passenger.
Airline obligation
Bhopal, Indore - If passenger is found symptomatic upon arrival, airline will guide passenger
along with his/her bag/s to the dedicated medical room.
Bhopal- Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done upon arrival and departure. If
passenger is found symptomatic, COVID test to be performed at designated COVID test
centers of state.
International-

Health screening
Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nasik, Shirdi - Thermal screening shall be done for
all passengers.
Mumbai- Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers (Departure) Nanded, Pune -
Thermal screening is done for all passengers (Arrival/Departure)
Covid test
Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi - As per the
Government of Maharashtra Notification dated 02-12-2021, all Domestic passengers
arriving in Maharashtra to carry final Covid Vaccination Certificate (Both doses) done 15
days before the travel. Passengers who are not fully vaccinated are to carry Covid Negative
test reports for a test done a maximum of 72 hours prior to entering in Maharashtra.
RT-PCR test is done free of cost at Aurangabad and Nanded airport by the respective
Municipal Corporation. The cost of RT- PCR test done at airport at Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune and
Shridi has to borne by passengers. RT-PCR test facility is not available at Jalgaon, Kolhapur
and Nasik airport.
Passenger obligation
Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi - All
passengers must download Aarogya Setu App and furnish Health Declaration.
Airline obligation
Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nasik, Pune, Shridi- Arriving passenger’s details with
name, mobile number, residential address etc.to be shared with State Nodal officer. If
passenger found symptomatic upon arrival, airline will guide passenger along with their bags
to the dedicated medical room.
Mumbai- To check all passengers arriving from any State to Mumbai who are carrying 72
hours prior RT-PCR Negative test report with them OR having certificate of fully vaccinated.
Airline to comply with dedicated deployment of senior officials and other assisting staff 24x7
for COVID operations.
Nanded- Detailed list of arriving passengers, residential address to be shared with Nodal
Officer. If passenger found symptomatic upon arrival, Medical team of Municipal Corporation
will guide the pax about the further procedure.

Shirdi- Detailed list of arriving passengers with arrival flight, time, mobile number and
residential address to be shared with Nodal officer. If passenger found symptomatic upon
arrival, airline shall handover the passenger to the Medical team for quarantine at passengers
cost.
Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Nanded, Pune, Shirdi- Thermal
screening shall be done for all passengers. RT-PCR Testing Facility available at Airport for
passengers except at Jalgaon, Kolhapur and Nasik airport.
International
