2. Flights from Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Addis Ababa (ABB) and Baku (BAK) are suspended.
- This does not apply to humanitarian, medevac and repatriation flights.
4. All passengers traveling to Bahrain (including transit) from any airport in India, Pakistan,
Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh are required to hold a negative COVID 19 PCR test
Bahrain certificate with QR code displayed on it for a test taken no more than 48 hours before
departure.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
5. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense and
self-isolation until test results are ready.
9. The 10 days’ quarantine requirements for travelers arriving in Bahrain has been
cancelled.

10. Airlines operators are required to brief their passengers of the above requirements in
advance and before arrival at BIA.
3. Passengers arriving from Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China
(People's Rep.), Colombia, Ecuador, France (Paris only), Germany (Frankfurt only),
Guyana, Italy (Rome only), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Mexico, New-Zealand, Paraguay, Peru,
Suriname, Thailand, USA, United Kingdom (London Heathrow only), Uruguay or
Venezuela must have a printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 96 hours
before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. The test must be based on a nasal or
oral swab. The test result must have a stamp of the issuing laboratory.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
4. Passengers arriving from a country other than Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil,
Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Colombia, Ecuador, France (Paris
only), Germany (Frankfurt only), Guyana, Italy (Rome only), Japan, Korea (Rep.),
Mexico, New-Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Thailand, USA, United Kingdom
(London Heathrow only), Uruguay or Venezuela must have a printed negative COVID-
19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to
Egypt Egypt. The test must be based on a nasal or oral swab. The test result must have a
stamp of the issuing laboratory.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
5. Passengers arriving from Cameroon must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken
at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. The test must be
based on a nasal or oral swab. The test result must have a stamp of the issuing

6. Passengers arriving directly at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Sharm El Sheikh
(SSH) or Taba (TCP) without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result are subject to
a PCR test on arrival at their own expense.
7. Social distancing is practiced at all times, especially during the check-in, security check,
pre-boarding, boarding, embarkation and disembarkation procedures, as well as
passport control, baggage claims, airline desk, information desks.
8. Wearing face masks is mandatory inside all airport facilities. and throughout the flight.

4. All passengers are required to hold a health certificate indicating a negative molecular
test (RT-PCR) issued within 96 hours from their departure time at the point of origin.
The certificate must be in English language. Otherwise, the certificate must be
approved by the embassy/consulate of the IR of IRAN in the country of origin.
5. Despite the above, passengers may be subject to RT-PCR test again, if:
- they are over 8 years old and are coming from one of the high-risk countries including
Albania, Andorra, Bahrain, Bolivia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Colombia, Egypt, Eswatini,
Ecuador, Hungary, Jordan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Malta, Maldives, Montenegro,
North Macedonia, Palestine, Saint Lucia, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovenia, Syria, Tanzania,
UAE, or
- they have been to such countries as a transit point with a stay of more than 4 hours,
or
- they are coming from other countries, but are detected as suspected or symptomatic
cases after screening at the point of entry.
6. All passengers will be screened upon arrival regardless of their health certificates.

places provided by the ministry of health or (in case the person is an Iranian national)
make a written pledge to self-isolate at home, until the test result is released.
7. Direct and indirect passengers to the IR of Iran who have been to the following
updated list of countries within two weeks from their travel with a stay of more than 4
hours, will be denied entry to IR of Iran: Botswana, Brazil, Czech Republic, Estonia,
France, India, Lesotho, Ireland, Malawi, Mozambique, Pakistan, Slovakia, South Africa,
Or Zambia.

2. Passengers arriving from India are not allowed to enter Iraq via Baghdad (BGW), Basra
(BSR) or Najaf (NJF).
3. Passengers arriving from or who have transited through India are not allowed to enter
Iraq via Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Iraq;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport.
4. Nationals of India are not allowed to enter Iraq via Baghdad (BGW), Basra (BSR) or Najaf
(NJF).
5. Nationals of Indonesia are not allowed to enter Iraq via Basra (BSR) or Najaf (NJF).
7. Passengers traveling to Baghdad (BGW) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test
result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The
test result must be in Arabic or English.
Iraq - This does not apply to passengers younger than 10 years. They will be subject to a
COVID-19 PCR test on arrival.
8. Passengers traveling to Basra (BSR) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-
PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The
test result must be in Arabic or English.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 10 years.
9. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU) must have a printed negative
COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
- COVID-19 tests issued by the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom are
not accepted.
10. Passengers traveling to Najaf (NJF) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test
taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test
result must be in English.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 10 years.
11. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at
their own expense.

12. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) could be subject to quarantine in a hotel for 14 days.
13. Airline crew traveling to Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU) are subject to self-isolation in
a hotel until their next flight
15. The body temperature of all passengers will be checked by thermal camera screening at
the terminal entrance.
16. Passengers must wear masks both in the terminal and on board. Passengers not wearing
masks will be denied both access to the terminals and boarding to protect public health.
passengers are required to sanitize their hands continuously.
17. A distance of (1) meter should be maintained between passengers at gathering areas
such as check-in, passport control and waiting lounges by following the floor markers
which provide guidance for keeping a safe distance.
18. All the crew members and passengers should wear face masks throughout the flight.
Disinfectants and sanitizers must be available on board to disinfect all the surfaces at the
passenger cabin after touching them It is also necessary to sterilize aircraft seat cushions
and covering the headphones that used during the flight.
3. Until 17 May 2021, passengers who in the past 45 days have been in India are
not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to nationals of Jordan and their family members.
Jordan 4. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Jordan for more than 10 hours.
5. Passengers must have health insurance valid for the whole period of intended
stay.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Jordan;
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and a diplomatic QR code and
their family members.

6. Passengers entering Jordan must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at
most 120 hours before arrival. The test result for passengers arriving from Egypt,
Iraq, Palestinian Territory or Turkey must be issued by an approved laboratory,
details can be found at https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/Labs-List.html
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and their family members.
7. Passengers transiting through Jordan must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test
taken at most 120 hours before departure. The test result for passengers arriving
from Egypt, Iraq, Palestinian Territory or Turkey must be issued by an approved
laboratory, details can be found at https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/Labs-List.html
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and their family members.
8. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival which must be paid
before departure at https://registration.questlabjo.com/ if traveling to Amman
(AMM), or at https://COVID19.biolab.jo if traveling to Aqaba (AQJ). Passengers
must have an electronic receipt with a QR code confirming the payment.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and a diplomatic QR code and
their family members.
9. Military personnel and their family members must have a "Military QR Code"
obtained before departure at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo .
10. A completed "Passenger Health Declaration Form" and a "Locator Form" must be
presented before departure.
11. Nationals of Jordan and their family members who in the past 14 days have been
in or transited through India must present a completed indemnity form. They are
subject to quarantine at a hotel for 14 days at their own expense.
12. Nationals of Jordan and their family members who have been outside India
between 14 and 45 days before arrival are subject to self-quarantine for 14 days.

13. Airline crew must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72
hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- This does not apply to airline crew with a round trip flight.
14. Foreign airline crew staying overnight must stay at the designated hotel arranged
by the airline
2. Passengers travelling to Kuwait from India will not be allowed entry. This also applies to
transit/transfer passengers unless they have stayed outside of India within the last 14
days before their arrival in Kuwait. Kuwaitis and their first‑degree relatives (spouse and
children) as well as their domestic workers are exempt from this restriction.
4. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before
departure. The test result must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://kuwaitmosafer.gov.kw/home.html . Passengers arriving from countries which
Kuwait
are not listed on the website do not need to have a PCR test issued by an approved
laboratory.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 6 years;
- passengers returning to Kuwait with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued before
departure from Kuwait. They must have been a maximum of 4 days abroad.

9. Passengers are subject to 2 PCR tests at their own expense upon arrival. They must have
a payment confirmation obtained at https://kuwaitmosafer.gov.kw/home.html before
departure.
11. Passengers must have a confirmed hotel reservation booked for 7 days at
https://kuwaitmosafer.com/home.html before departure.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate if they received two vaccine doses at
least 2 weeks before arrival;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate if they received the first vaccine dose
at least 5 weeks before arrival;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate and a vaccination certificate if they
received the first vaccine dose at least 2 weeks before arrival;
- students who are nationals of Kuwait studying abroad with a letter issued by the Kuwait
Cultural Office and a letter issued by the University;
- unaccompanied minors younger than 18 years
2. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Brazil or India are not allowed
to enter.
3. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 96
hours before arrival.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers returning to Lebanon within 1 week;
Lebanon - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate if they received the last
vaccine dose at least 15 days before departure. The certificate must be issued by
Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan,
Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei
Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei,
Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia,
Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.),

8. Passengers transiting through Beirut (BEY) to Syria must have a negative COVID-
19 PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before departure.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.

3. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before
arrival. The test result must be in Arabic or English.

- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty.
7. Passengers must have a hotel reservation confirmation. The hotel must be booked at
https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/accommodation/type or via the Hmushrif app.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Oman;
- passengers younger than 18 years traveling alone;
- passengers older than 60 years;
- passengers with an authorization from the Health Authorities;
- passengers with a permit for private institutional isolation centers that are pre-
approved by the Relief and Shelter Sector.

8. Passengers must have insurance to cover COVID-19 medical expenses in Oman for a
period of one month.
- This does not apply to nationals of Oman.
9. Passengers must download the Tarassud+ app and the Hmushrif app before departure.

6. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours
before arrival. The test result must be issued by a testing center approved by
the local government.
- This does not apply to:
- Umrah passengers arriving from Saudi Arabia.
- passengers arriving from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines or Sri
Lanka.
9. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab
Emirates are not allowed to enter with a national ID card.

8. Airlines can check the validity of the exit/entry visas for residents of Saudi Arabia at
https://muqeem.sa/#/visa-validity/check
9. Use masks at all the times and social distancing (1.5-2.0 m) are observed. Suitable
signage, markings and floor mounted stickers are provided at appropriate places for
guidance.
1. Airports in Sudan reopened.
2. Until 27 May 2021, passengers arriving from India are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to nationals of Sudan.
3. Passengers arriving from India, Netherlands, South Africa or the United Kingdom
must have a digital or printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before
arrival. The test result must have a barcode, a stamp or a QR code from the issuing
Sudan

- This does not apply to passengers who are 6 years or younger.
4. Passengers arriving from a country other than India, Netherlands, South Africa or
the United Kingdom must have a digital or printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at

Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia,
Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Isl., Spain, St. Vincent and the
Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, Uruguay and Vatican City (Holy See),
passengers with a British passport with nationality "British Citizen" and passengers with
a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport, traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH);
- nationals of India with a visa issued by the USA or with a residence permit issued by
USA, United Kingdom or an EU Member State traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH);
- passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a resident visa;
- passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a tourist visa issued by Abu Dhabi;
- passengers who are traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) and arriving from Australia, Bhutan,
Brunei Darussalam, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Greenland, Hong Kong
(SAR China), Iceland, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand,
Portugal, Russian Fed., Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Tajikistan, United Kingdom
or Uzbekistan with a pre-arranged visa issued by any emirate;
- nationals of Indonesia traveling under the Safe Travel Corridor program. They must
have an entry permit and a return ticket.
3. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in India are not allowed to enter and
transit.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of United Arab Emirates;
- passengers with a diplomatic or an official passport traveling on duty;
- passengers with a golden visa issued by United Arab Emirates.
4. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in or transited through Nigeria are not
allowed to enter and transit.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of United Arab Emirates;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport.
5. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in or transited through South Africa are
not allowed to enter and transit.
- This does not apply to nationals of United Arab Emirates.
7. Passengers traveling as tourists arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have health
insurance.

8. Residents of United Arab Emirates with a residency visa issued in Dubai returning to
Dubai (DXB) must have a GDRFA approval obtained before departure at
https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitServiceForm.aspx .
10. Passengers entering or transiting through United Arab Emirates who in the past 14 days
have been in India must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48
hours before arrival. The test result must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by the departure country.
The test result must also have a QR code.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities.
11. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) must have a printed negative
COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to
United Arab Emirates. The test result must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by
an approved laboratory listed on https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory
accredited by the departure country.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of United Arab Emirates;
- passengers arriving from Bangladesh, Nigeria, Pakistan or Sudan;
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities;
- passengers who in the past 14 days have been in India.
12. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Bangladesh, Nepal,
Pakistan or Sudan must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72
hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test result
must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by the departure country.
The test result must have a QR code.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities.
13. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Nigeria must:
- have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of
the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test result must be in Arabic or English

14. Passengers transiting through Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Afghanistan,

15. Passengers entering Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR
test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab
Emirates. The test result must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by the departure country.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of United Arab Emirates;
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities;
- passengers who in the past 14 days have been in India.
16. Passengers entering Sharjah (SHJ) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken
at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The
test result must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on

18. Passengers entering or transiting through Abu Dhabi (AUH) from the United Kingdom
must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before
departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test result must be in
Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by the United Kingdom.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities;
19. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Afghanistan, Angola,
Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czechia, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Hungary,
India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova
(Rep.), Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines,
Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Senegal, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa,
South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda,
Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, Zambia or Zimbabwe are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test
upon arrival.
20. Nationals of United Arab Emirates entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) are
subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
21. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH), Al Maktoum (DWC), Dubai (DXB), or Sharjah (SHJ)
could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test and quarantine.
23. Expired residence permits issued by the United Arab Emirates that have been extended
until December 2020 are accepted for entry. Passengers must present proof of the
extended validity.

24. Nationals of Korea (Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program must have an 'Isolation
Exemption Certificate'.
25. Passengers are allowed to transit through Abu Dhabi (AUH) for a maximum of 24 hours.
Passengers must have a confirmed airside hotel booking if their transit time exceeds 12
hours.
26. Nationals of Nigeria must have a return ticket, and a hotel booking or proof of
accommodation address for the period of intended stay.
- This does not apply to passengers with a resident visa.
27. Passengers arriving at Sharjah (SHJ) must download the ALHOSN App.
29. Until 21 May 2021, flights from Nigeria and South Africa are suspended .
30. Airline crew without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result of a test taken at most
72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point are subject to quarantine
until their next flight.
31. Effective 9 May 2021, passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Egypt
or Ethiopia must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours
before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test result must
be in Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by Egypt or Ethiopia. The test
result must have a QR code.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities.
32. Effective 10 May 2021, passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from
Lebanon must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before
departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The test result must be in
Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on
https://screening.purehealth.ae or a laboratory accredited by Lebanon. The test result
must have a QR code.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities
1. Flights from/to Yemen aerodromes are suspended due to covid-19 infection prevention.
Yemen this restriction does not affect the following flights:
-aircraft in state of emergency

- other safety - related operations.
3. Crewmembers may disembark but shall undergo strict mandatory quarantine under the
supervision of the state during their rotation/rest period.
