Dear parents,

Seasons’ Greeting!

We are required to fill-in the OASIS mandate by the Government every year. This process
registers near accurate details of the enrolled students. Velammal has decided to take -up
filing of the details early to avoid last minute rush to stem errors.

Parents are gently advised to remit the 1st term fees for the academic year 2023-24 for the
children to notify their concurrence of their children continuing their schooling in Velammal
in the academic year 2023-24. Those desiring to withdraw the admission of their children in
the said grades may apply for the TC in the school office before 31st January 2023.

The details of fees for the academic year 2023-24 is appended for the benefit of our
parents.

The cost of books and notebooks are also shared with the circular. The publishers/suppliers
of books and notebooks have resorted to the practice of cash and carry since the beginning
of the ensuing year. This again is the reason for the disturbance in the issue of books and
notebooks in the beginning of the academic year 2022-23.

Any further clarification needed may be got from the school office on any working day.
The school office will receive the 1st term fees and books and notebooks fees from the 2nd
of January 2023. Kindly visit the cash counter to make fee payment.
