GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2022-23

Dear Parents,

Please note the following:

School will open for the new academic year 2022-23 as per the below given schedule in offline
mode. There will be no online classes conducted henceforth.

I. NEW ACADEMIC SESSION

Academic Session for 2022-23

Class III to V 1st April 2022 8:00 a.m. to 01:15 p.m.

Class VI to X 1st April 2022 7:30 a.m. to 01:15 p.m.

II. UNIFORM (School uniform and P.T. uniform)

The school tailor (Harishbhai) will be available in the school premises on 11th March &
12th March and from 23rd March to 26th March from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. He has a ready
stock of school uniforms as well as P.T. Uniforms. Parents may place orders for the same with
him.

III. SALE OF TEXT BOOKS AND NOTE BOOKS

Venue: Ground Floor Classroom – Room No. G01
Class 1 – 11th March 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Class 2 to 6 – 24th March 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Class 7 to 10 – 25th March 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Payment for the books should be made directly to the person concerned.

IV. SCHOOL BUS

The school is currently taking proposals from School Bus Service providers. The proposals
will be reviewed by the Parent Teacher’s Association to select an appropriate vendor. Parents
shall be sent a circular regarding the same. However, to get a data of parents interested in
availing the bus service, we would like all interested parents to kindly click on the link below
and fill in the survey form on or before Wednesday, 9th March 2022. Your responses shall
help the vendors workout the logistics and fees to be charged.

V. PAYMENT FOR STUDENT ID CARD AND PARENT ID CARD

Charges for Student ID card and Parent Id card shall be Rs. 300/-. Payment for the same must
be made online or at the school fee office counter using Debit Card / Credit Card / Pay Order
along with the first quarter fees. Pay Order should be drawn in favour of “Lokhandwala
Foundation School”.
School Office Time: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Monday to Saturday).
Note: Students for whom ID card fees were paid in the year 2020-21 shall not be charged for
the same. ID cards will be issued when the school reopens.

after you receive your ward’s Office 365 login credentials. These credentials will be emailed to
you by the school shortly.

VII. SCHOOL FEE

Due date for payment of fees: 1st – 10th of the first month of each quarter.
Mode of Payment: Fees may be paid online or at the school fee office counter using Debit Card /
