It is notified that the Registration of students for 5
th
& 7
th
Semesters starting from
July 26, 2011 will be held as per schedule given below:-

i) 25.07..2011 to 01.08.2011 without late fee.

ii) 02.08.2011 to 05.08.2011 with late fee of Rs. 500/-

iii) 06.08.2011 to 10.8.2011 with late fee of Rs. 1000/-

iv) 11.08.2011 to 16.08.2011 with late fee of Rs. 1500/-

Regular classes will start from 26.07.2011

Students who do not have clearance of dues like fine/recovery and late fee payment
will not be allowed to attend classes and that will affect their attendance, internal
assessment and related academic activities.

Students should collect the Registration Form etc., and details of fee to be
deposited at the time of registration from Academic Branch, before the start of
session. No separate intimation regarding fee etc will be sent by post.

1. The students are required to clear their dues of Library, Hostel, Accounts
etc., before registration .

2. Students are required to get signature of teacher-counsellor & teacher
incharge on the registration form.

3. If a student wants to get registered earlier to above schedule, he/she can do so
by submitting Registration form and fee etc. in full.

4. As per directions of the Supreme Court of India, it is mandatory for all the
students as well as for their parents to submit affidavits regarding non-
indulgence in ragging activities on stamp paper of Rs.10/- duly signed by the
Oath Commissioner. Hence those students and Parents who have not
submitted the above affidavits so far must submit the same (as given in
annexure-IV and annexure-V) failing which they will not be registered for
next semester and will not be allowed to attend the classes.

Note:-
i) The fee and other charges will be accepted only in the form of Bank Draft in
favour of Apeejay College of Engineering, Payable at New Delhi . No fee
will be accepted in cash under any circumstances.

ii) The name of the student, College Roll No., Semester and Branch must be
indicated on the back of the Bank Draft. No Cheque will be accepted.

iii) Dues , if any, should be cleared before the Registration.

iv) In case any other amount is due against any student, the same is also
required to be paid at the time of registration.

v) Part payment will not be accepted.

No separate date for late Hostel Registration will be announced, Students desirous
of staying in the hostel are required to pay full fee. Part payment is not acceptable.


University Examination Forms:

The students will also be required to submit their University Exam. Form alongwith
two passport size latest photographs and Photo-copies of DMC of the previous
exam, by the 2
nd
week of August, 2011 for the next semester exam (and Re-appear
if any ) to be held in December, 2011. They should keep copies of latest
photographs and their details marks cards ready for the purpose.

14. On committing to avail of the hostel facility, no refund of hostel charges will be allowed
even if I opt to leave the hostel during the session. I agree to deposit full fee for one year at
the start of every odd semester.

15. I agree that the college shall have the right to forfeit any deposits inter-alia on the ground
of my failure to clam the refund within one year of the date of my ceasing to be on the
rolls of the college.

16. I undertake that I shall follow the rules and regulations of the Book Bank Scheme and
shall use the book(s) provided to me in a proper and careful manner. I shall neither
underline anywhere in the book nor cut its pages nor damage it in any way. For any
damage done to the book(s), I will pay the full price of the book(s). I shall abide by the
rules and regulations made in regard to the up-gradation of the Book Bank Scheme by the
college authorities.

17. I agree that in the event of the breach of aforementioned undertakings, my registration will
stand cancelled without any obligations on the college to issue notice. In such instance,

UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN
