I. INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISORY PLAN (ISP) - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. prepares and implements the Instructional Supervisory Plan.
2. conducts monitoring and evaluation to learning areas and PPAs implementation.
3. provides consultative services/ mentoring/ coaching on upgrading teaching and learning process.
4. initiates programs, projects and activities to enrich curriculum.
5. implements laws, policies, plans, programs, rules and regulations pertaining to curriculum development
and revision.
II. LEARNING ENVIRONMENT - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. maintains conducive learning environment (comfort rooms, washing and drinking facilities, adequacy of
water supply, solid waste management, standard height of chalkboards, proper light and ventilation, and
personal care and grooming area).
2. observes adherence to Gender and Development (GAD) attributions, ensures compliance to Child
Protection Policy and implements Guidance and Counseling services in schools.
3. provides sports equipment and facilities and monitors the safety of playing venues
4. monitors the functionality and utilization of libraries and learning centers, internet facilities, guidance
room, canteen, audio-video room, clinic, and others
5. monitors the functionality and utilization of laboratories and school learning parks (ICT, HE, IA, AFA,
Science Laboratory Rooms, workshops/ studios, Heroes Park, Science and Math Garden, etc
III. LEARNING MODALITIES/ DELIVERY - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. monitors the implementation of the appropriate learning modality/delivery.
2. monitors that learning activities in and out of the school involves real life situation.
3. provides technical assistance on teaching strategies and approaches for effective instructions
4. mentors teachers in the implementation of differentiated instructions
5. monitors the implementation of Special Curricular Programs and Inclusive Education
IV. LEARNING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. ensures the availability, sufficiency of learning resources, supplementary learning resources in school
LRC/ library (including manipulative toys, activity cards, and materials) and the operationalization /
functionality of it.
2. provides appropriate digital, pedagogical tools to teachers for offline and online modality and ensures the
proper utilization of non- text- based learning resources (computer units, TVL tools, and Science and
Math equipment)
3. ensures availability of updated copies of the curriculum guides/ MELCs, learning modules/ materials,
teaching guides, and its alignment to K to 12
4. ensures the registration of teachers in the LR portal, access maintains and records
5. initiates and supervises the preparation of instructional/curriculum materials.
V. CURRICULUM INNOVATION - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. arranges and provides vital capability development activities and/or in-service trainings to teachers
pertinent to the integration of hard and soft technologies in the crafting of teaching innovations
2. encourages teachers to come up their own innovative instructions, strategies, lessons, instructional
materials, and/or learning resources that can arouse learners’ interest and improve proficiency level, and
gathers these innovations as part of the compendium of school curriculum innovation best practices
3. supports all teachers with the needed logistics in the coming up of innovative teaching aids, instructional
materials, and/or other learning resources that can promote effective teaching and learning
4. observes and/or checks the implementation of teachers’ innovations in their classes, and conducts post-
discussions with these concerned teachers on the effectiveness of the innovation as well as on the
agreements for ways forward
5. includes all teachers with submitted and quality-assured teaching innovations in their annual school
PRAISE recognition program.
VI. CURRICULUM CONTEXTUALIZATION/ INTEGRATION - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. ensures the availability of appropriate learning materials needed for contextualized lessons.
2. provides needed technology in the delivery of contextualized lessons.
3. checks and measure the processes of integrating various activities that develop learning.
4. encourages teachers to do some activities aligned in the MELCs that are of great interest for learners.
5. observes effective methods in the delivery of learning.
VII. LEARNING OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT - The School Head… 5 4 3 4 1
1. encourages teachers to conduct diagnostic/ pre-assessment to measure performance of students.
2. monitors, analyzes and evaluates students’ learning assessments and outcomes.
3. provides technical assistance on test item construction, analysis, portfolio assessment/ rubrics, validity,
reliability, and utilization of assessment results to improve learning outcomes.
4. secures copy of the test questions through the test bank.
5. conducts a festival of talents as culminating activities/ performances to determine learners’ acquired
skills and competencies.
