Sub: SBTET, AP- Academic - Conduct of Class Work for 4th & 6 th Semester
students for the A.Y. 2022-23– Certain Instructions –Regarding.
Ref: 1. Academic Calender for the Year – 2022-23.

With reference to the subject & reference cited above, as per Academic
calendar for the A.Y. 2022-23 conduct of class work for 4th & 6th Semester students
has been scheduled from 01-12-2022 to 05-04-2023 and 15-12-2022 to 14-06-2023
respectively.

It is further informed that, in view of the lagging in coverage of working days

some of the Principals of the Govt /Pvt Polytechnics requested for extension of class
work for 3rd & 5th Semester diploma courses for the academic year – 2022-23, As per
their request the class work has been extended. In this connection all the Principals
of Govt./Aided/ Private Polytechnics including Engineering Colleges offering
Diploma courses in 2nd Shift Polytechnics are hereby instructed to conduct the class
work for 4th Semester &VI Semesters for the A.Y – 2022-23 as follows.
