CIRCULAR FOR SUPPLEMENTARY SEMESTER 3 - OCTOBER 2021

Students of 2020 batch who have secured ‘F’ Grade in any of the first year courses
are hereby informed to register for Supplementary semester which will start from
October 13, 2021. The Course registration has to be done through Google form
using the link provided below:

 Following are the criteria for registering for Supplementary

semester
 A Student can register for a maximum of 16 credits only in
Supplementary semester not exceeding 5 courses.

 Supplementary Semester Registration (October 2021)

 Registration for Supplementary Semester commences from 13th October
2021.
 Last date to register is 22nd October 2021.
 Classes for Supplementary Semester will start from 25th October 2021.
 Registration is open for 2020 batch students only.
 The fee per course is Rs.5,250/- including examination fee.
 Fees to be paid online between 27th October 2021 – 5th November 2021.

NOTE: 1. Supplementary Semester classes for theory courses will be conducted

in ONLINE-mode and for Laboratory courses in OFFLINE mode.
2. Supplementary Semester Examination will be conducted in OFFLINE
mode only.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPEMENTARY SEMESTER

Step1: Course registration has to be done through Google form using the
link provided below:

Step2: Students to fill the details – Name, USN, Mobile No., Course Title &
Course code for which the student intends to apply for
Supplementary Semester. Ensure that correct course title & code is
entered in the application form.
Step3: Students will receive a copy of registration form in their email
after successfully submitting the Registration form, which has to be
compulsorily forwarded to the respective Head of the Department.
