ADMISSION PROEDURE
1. The completed admission form along with the copies of birth and health certificates, 3
passport size photographs and the registration fee (non-refundable) must be submitted to
the school office.
2. After the admission from has been processed, a date is given for applicant’s assessment.
3. Parents are informed of the outcome within one week of the written test date. If a place is
offered, the child’s admission / enrolment must be confirmed and all dues paid within 3 days
of date of offer.
4. If, within three days, enrolment is not confirmed, the child’s place is offered to another
candidate.

RULES REGARDING THE TRANSPOTATION SERVICE

1. It is a Paid, Optional Service No student is compelled to avail himself/herself of this facility. Therefore no
additional and special requests; comments are entertained. The vehicles have a fixed route and timing which
are not negotiable. Parents are encouraged to have their own arrangements of conveyance according to their
convenience.
2. Students who avail themselves of this facility once, will not be allowed to opt out. Thus it is a 11 months paid
optional service.
3. Students who do not follow the rules of conveyance in and outside the vehicle will not be allowed to make use of
this facility further.
4. Traffic jams/railway crossings closed or other unforeseen things may cause delay in the smooth functioning of
the conveyance for which the school will not be responsible and you are requested to co-operate with the school
management.
5. If and when the school vehicles are requisitioned by the government for its own purpose, the burden of finding
proper conveyance for their wards will be on the parents and guardians.
6. Polite behavior of the student their parents and relatives are always expected and respected.
7. Students found on the vehicle without the permission will be charged the conveyance fees for the whole year.
8. Conveyance facility won’t be provided for extra seminars/other educational activities conducted for the students
on holidays.
9. Students are strictly prohibited to change their vehicle trip as the vehicle has maximum carriage capacity and
permission.
10. Repair cost for any damage done to the school vehicle will be met by the student concerned for which only a
notification will be given to the parents.
11. Students who use abusive language or misbehave on the vehicle or do not obey the driver, conductor or any
other appointed in charges, will be debarred from this facility.
12. All the students should be in the class before the first bell. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the
class/school.
