Warm greetings from Ryan Ghaziabad!

We hope and pray that you and your family are safe and following all covid safety protocols. As you are
aware that government authorities have already allowed all schools to reopen physically/ offline and we
have also resumed our offline/physical classes for all grades with online time table in hybrid mode.

We need to now work on the transport and all those parents who wish to avail the school bus facility
in the new academic session ie 2022-23, should fill the bus consent and send on
risgzb.transport@gmail.com & email of class teachers latest by 28.02.2022. Accordingly the school will
upload the bus fees on the MCB portal for the new academic session. Any request made in mid of
session to continue or discontinue transport will not be entertained. Also note that the related bus
service will be provided subject to the required number of responses from a particular area and any
new advisory issued by government related to the pandemic.

The bus route/stop will be shared in the due course of time.

We look forward to your co-operation and support for the smooth commencement of the new academic
session 2022-23.

Rules & Conditions for Availing School Bus Service

1. The bus will ply only as per approved routes.

2. The bus will halt only as per the stops allotted to a particular bus route. No other changes in stops will be considered
once they have been fixed by the school. The minimum students for each stop will be five(5.)
3. Students not in time for the bus, will have to make their own arrangements, on that day to come to school. The same
holds good in case of breakdown of school bus..
4. Bus fees have to be paid in advance quarterly failing which the students will not be allowed to use the bus.
5. Students who are not regular in paying bus fees and cause trouble will not be allowed to use the bus.
6. Bus fees once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstance.
7. The bus fees in subject to increase, only if there is a hike in taxes, prices of spare parts, petrol, diesel, contract or
charges and staff salaries.
8. The bus service must be hired for the full academic year. Under special circumstances, bus service can be cancelled
by giving one month's prior notice or by paying one month's notice fee before commencement of second term.
9. In case student from Std. Xllthdo not report themselves at home in time, School/bus authorities will not be responsible
for the same. We will be responsible only for students during their journey in the bus.
10. Noparentswillbeallowedtotravel bythe schoolbus.Itisstrictlyforschoolstudentsinuniformsonly.
11. Parents are requested not to handover Fee cards to conductors or Drivers. If they do so authorities will not be responsible for it.
12. Parents are requested to ensure that they send only regular and approved representatives to pickup and drop their
children at the designated stops.

TheBusFacilitiestoastudentswillberefused if,
• Parents behave rudely with the School Staff.
• Parents are found paying bribes or gifts to the Drivers/Conductors.
• Child misbehaves in the busy or any other such offence.
