Dear Parent/ Guardian,

Greetings of Fortitude, Excellence, and Uprightness!

The Grade 12 STEM students at FEU High School will hold their Research Fair and Awards 2023 for the subject Inquiries,
Investigations, and Immersion in FEU Mini Auditorium. The main goal of the said subject is to develop the critical thinking
and problem-solving skills of the students by conducting quantitative research studies within the scope of their strand and
specialization. The event will not only showcase the best outputs from Grade 12 STEM students, but it will also provide
relevant research insights to Grade 11 STEM students. The attendance and output of the Grade 11 STEM students from the
event are a requirement of their Practical Research 1.

Should you allow your child to come, please be reminded of the following:
CONSENT
1. I fully support the Research Fair and Awards 2023 undertaking of my son/ daughter through minimal financial cost
and through my attendance/ presence if so desired.
2. I consent to my son/ daughter traveling by any form of public/private transport to/from the Research Fair and
Awards 2023.
3. I understand that my son/daughter will undergo a 1 hour and 30-min event to the corresponding school
coordinators and faculty.
4. I am fully aware that Minimum Health Protocol will be properly observed during the duration of the Research Fair
and Awards 2023.
5. I have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from the Research Fair and Awards 2023 provided
that due care and precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort and safety of my son/daughter and that
teachers/school/company may not be held responsible for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their
control.
Students are expected to follow the prescribed attire:
• FEU HS Polo Shirt
• Jeans (ripped jeans, jogger pants, cargo pants, leggings, skirts, and shorts are not allowed)
• Closed shoes (slippers, sandals, and the like are not allowed)
