Villadiego is accepted in Grade 11 STEM Strand, for School Year 2023-2024.

In pursuing the enrolment of your child at La Salle College Antipolo, please be guided by the following:

1. Enrollment is ongoing. Please ensure that the following are submitted to the Admission Office before
proceeding to the Registrar’s Office for enrollment.
 Form 138 or Original Report Card. Only Report Cards that are duly signed will be honored for
enrolment.
Other required documents (if applicable)
 PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)  Certificate of ESC Grant/QVA Certificate
 Baptismal Certificate; or its equivalent (photocopy)  Two Recommendation Letters
 Certificate of Good Moral Character (for enrollment/  Medical Certificate and Chest X-Ray Result
transfer purposes)

2. Please see attached Assessment of Tuition and Fees.

3. Assessment for the required materials and uniforms will be available by June 2023 at the LSCA

4. Attendance in the Orientation for New Students and their Parents is a must. You will be notified of the
schedule by our office.
