List of Enclosures :
i) Copy of a valid Passport;
ii) Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination ( i.e. an examination equivalent
to 10 + 2 ) along with equivalent certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi;
iii) Percentage Conversion Certificate from the School / Board in case of Grades;
iv) Copy of the Birth Certificate;
v) Copy of CLAT 2023 Score Card & Admit Card
vi) Recent, Color passport size photograph must be pasted on the Form.
vii) The Photocopy of the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) receipt of Online Transaction of
the Application Fee i.e. ₹ 2,000/-.
viii) The Course Option Form must accompany this form.
ix) NRI / NRIS / PIO / OCI candidates must send the required letters (in the given format) duly
filled & sealed from embassy and the undertaking form properly signed.
