Greetings of peace and love!

Colegio de Santa Rita de San Carlos, Inc. is once again organizing a Formal Night for Grades 10 and 11 on
May 23, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the City Auditorium. This event is designed to provide our students with an
opportunity to experience a formal gathering, encouraging social skills, etiquette, and a sense of
camaraderie. The evening will include a formal dinner, music, cotillion and a few surprises to make it
memorable for all participants. We believe that this event will contribute significantly to the overall
development of your son/daughter.

To facilitate this event and cover expenses associated with meals, venue rentals, lights and sounds,
tokens, decorations, choreographers and activities, we kindly request a contribution of Seven Hundred
Pesos only (P1000.00) per participating student (which can also be done staggeredly). This contribution
will help ensure the success of this event and allow us to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all
students.

To ensure your child's participation, we kindly request your permission by completing the attached
permission slip and returning it to school by January 30, 2074. PERMISSION SLIP
