Greetings!
This is to inform you that I have given my child _______________________ permission
to assist in setting up the area for the preparation of the upcoming Christmas competition with
the theme "A Magical Christmas.”, by volunteering to help to decorate the site of the
project he/she will be getting involved in during the stipulated preparation days, from November
25 to November 29, 2022, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. She will attend in accordance with the
designated shifting of schedule provided.
Furthermore, I am fully aware that I am accountable for his/her safety during the course
of work. I am hoping for the best development of his/her potential and add value to the group. I
understand that this participation will empower his/her confidence to collaborate with his or her
peers and foster a strong sense of camaraderie.
