Dear Grade 9 Parents and Guardians,

We would like to formally announce that we are organizing a Prom for our Grade 9 kids on May 25, 2024 (Saturday) at the
Sugarland Hotel. The kids have chosen “Taylor Swift – Enchanted” as the theme for their Prom as she is the prominent
musical & cultural figure of their generation.

THIS IS THE MUCH ANTICIPATED EVENT DURING THEIR JUNIOR YEAR! As this not a school sanctioned event, it will be
organized by the parents and participation is voluntary. We strongly encourage everyone to support and join as this is very
good venue for our kids to bond together with their friends and batchmates.

Here are some important points about the event:

1. Ever conscious of the expenses that the affair will entail, the cost per person is P5,500.00 with the anticipation of the
increase of costs for the year 2024. This includes participation in a professionally choreographed cotillion, the venue,
dinner, photo/video documentation, lights & sounds, LED set-up, stage, decors, pictures and a souvenir. Your child
may attend with a date, or alone. If we reach 165 participants, this fee will include an Acquaintance Party.

2. An initial payment by Nov 30, 2023 of P1,000 per person is required to confirm attendance to the event. Please see
the schedule of payments below. We are planning to hold the acquaintance party on the last week of January 2024.
Only students who have paid up to the January 15, 2023 schedule will be allowed to attend the Acquaintance Party.

3. Cash Payments will be accepted in full or in partial, following the payment schedule above. You may also pay via bank
deposit,

Since Prom logistics will require a deposit, we strongly encourage everyone to pay in full although partial payments will be
gladly accepted. We are hoping that everyone can follow the payment schedule so we can also pay our Prom suppliers. A
weekly summary of payments received will be posted through the Official Prom FB Messenger Chat Group.

Kindly fill up the information sheet below to help us register your child, and his/her date. We will also create an Official Prom
FB Messenger Chat Group based on this information. Please return the reply slips through your child’s class mayor on or
before November 23, 2023.

Once again, we count on your wholehearted and untiring support for the Prom by allowing your child to attend this
memorable moment in his/her life.
