Dear Parent,

I am pleased to announce that the school has organised a trip for students.

Please note the following information:

• The day the trip is held is a non-instructional day for students who opt not to takethe trip.
• A meal at the location is included in the cost. Additional snacks can be purchased at the venue. Snacks
and drinks are not allowed in the venue by the owners.
• Teachers will accompany students.
• Students should be in school PE uniform. Any outer garments should be in accordance with the uniform
policy.
• It is mandatory for students to carry the school ID card.
• No student will be allowed without the consent slip.
• Expensive items (mobiles and audio device) are strictly NOT allowed.
• School transport is provided for the students who use the school bus service and own transport, students
should be dropped by at the school and picked up according to the time mentioned.
This trip is optional.
If your child wishes to join this trip, please sign the attached consent form and send the exact money to
school by 22th of February, in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on the outside.

Kindly note no entries will be accepted after 22nd February 2024. The trip amount should be deposited to the
accounts department.

All students represent Al Sadiq Islamic English School whilst on the trip and the school reservesthe right to withdraw
permission to attend from any students who fail to uphold the school policies.
