Subject: Reopening of the school post Puja Vacation and other information — regarding
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to bring to your kind information that the regular classes shall recommence from Thursday, 03rd November,
2022. You are requested to bring back your ward for rejoining to the hostel one day prior that is on Wednesday,
02nd November, 2022.
Please note the following:
• Students will have to report to the office with their respective guardians to receive the Hostel Pass,
• Hostel Pass will be issued from the office in between 8:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00
p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the reporting day i.e. on 02nd November, 2022 (Wednesday). Rejoining on any other day
except the schedule ought to be ensured in between 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Or 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. only.
ATTENDANCE ON THE REOPENING DAY
Class attendance on the reopening day (i.e. Thursday, 03rd November, 2022, 07:00 a.m.) is compulsory. Please
note that if a student fails to attend his classes on the reopening day without prior information to the office then a
‘Late Arrival Fee’ for 25/ (rupees twenty-five only) per day will be levied. In case of ward’s illness or any
unavoidable circumstances proper information should be sent to the school office on or before 01st November,
2022 either through e-mail/post.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SUPPLY OF WARM CLOTHES: Guardians of wards who have joined Vidyamandir in the ongoing session are
requested to supply winter clothes on the basis of the supply list as enclosed herewith. It is observed that few
students out of carelessness bring red coloured sweater or muffler or other such clothes in place of maroon.
Guardians are therefore advised to be particular about colour shades while purchasing such items.
PROGRESS REPORT OF TERM 1: The Progress report of the Term 1 spell includes performance of students in
Periodic Test 1, Periodic Test 2, and Half Yearly Examination. The duly signed Progress Report sheet will be
supplied from the office on the reporting day itself. However, the soft copy of the progress report is going to be
made available in the school app shortly. You are requested to refer to the same and to hold a discussion on it with
your ward. Parents whose wards’ performances in Term 1 are found unsatisfactory are advised to meet the
undersigned on the reporting day.
ARRANGEMENT OF ONLINE CLASS FACILITIES FOR CLASSES XI AND XII: The online classes for classes
XI and XII during the course of the vacation are in progress and will continue till 22nd October, 2022. Much
progress in syllabus completion will be tried for during this period, therefore, absence from classes will be of great
damage to students’ pace with studies. The concerned guardians should take special attention in ensuring that the
wards attend these classes regularly.
RENOVATION WORK: As our continuous strive to provide best experience we have just introduced powerful air
coolers in all our hostel bhavans. Furthermore, during this vacation we are in the process of renovating the Gokul
and Sarada complexes bhavans and toilets by covering the surfaces with tiles and wall putty as per the area
usefulness. As it’s a next big leap we request for full cooperation of guardians and well wishers.
OUTSTANDING IN SCHOOL ACCOUNT: Arrears above 2,500 including third installment is viewed as heavy
outstanding and attracts late fee of 5 per day to be applicable from the due date. Guardians are requested to
clear off the dues of their ward(s) on or before the reopening day so to get entitled for the Hostel Pass.
SALE OF APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION IN SESSION 2023 - 24: The Application form with Prospectus
for application for admission to classes III to VII in the academic session 2023 - 24 is now available for sale at the
school office. The prospectus and Application form set price is 700/ by hand and online, or 750/ by post.
Admission Test is expected to take place on 12th February, 2023 (Sunday) at 9:30 a.m. In the school premises.
Your cooperation in spreading the information amongst desirable guardians will be earnestly solicited..
