    Dear Parent,
    Sub: Educational Trip

    Greetings from Vikas Mantra Public School!

    This is to inform you that we have planned an Educational Trip (A Day without Walls) for students of
    Class VII on July 28th 2023- Friday to Birla Planetarium, Kotturpuram, Chennai. Reporting to school
    as usual the students will be taken from school to Birla Planetarium and will be brought back to the school
    during regular school’s closing time. Here at VMPS, teachers turn trips into mobile classrooms, instructing
    students to collect data, then quizzing them or assigning a project based on what they learned during the
    outing. Hence attendance is compulsory.

    v Reporting time 8:20AM.


    v Students are expected to come in neat and proper sportswear/ shoes and ID Card.
    v Avoid wearing or carrying expensive accessories & watches etc.
    v Do bring lunch and enough snacks and water.
    v School will provide snack in the trip.
    v Avoid carrying mobile phones, smart watches, cameras

    Note: In event of unwillingness to join the Educational Trip, that particular students will be taken care at
    school
