We are thrilled to inform you about an upcoming excursion that we have planned for our
students. This exciting trip is aimed at providing a unique learning and recreational experience
for our students.

Destination: Mysore
Date: Saturday, 24th February, 2024
Departure Time: Between 6:30 am- 7:00 am
Return Time: 8:00 pm- 9:00 pm
Meeting point: School Campus

Itinerary
 Departure from School to Mysore by private coach
 Breakfast will be provided

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE & LEARNING OBJECTIVES

TIPU’S GUMBAZ – Study Mysore history, the Tipu`s war against the British. The
mausoleum of Tipu Sultan, his father Hyder Ali and mother Fakr-Un-Nisa Begum along with
many others of the royal family. It is an excellent piece of architecture - the impressive square
structure, surmounted by a dome and surrounded by a corridor supported by pillars of black
hornblende are its attractions.
MYSORE PALACE– Study about the richly carved, intricate, colorful & architecturally
thrilling Mysore Palace. The palace is an excellent combination of Indo-Saracenic architecture

MYSORE ZOO -Mysore Zoo offers a unique experiential learning opportunity, connecting visitors
with diverse wildlife. Through guided tours and interactive exhibits, it fosters an understanding of
animal conservation, biodiversity, and environmental stewardship. Engagingactivities and informative
displays make it a captivating educational destination for all ages

teachers and staff will have their mobile phones in hand.

Consent Form:
Kindly fill the consent form and return it to the school office by Monday, 19th February,
2024.Filling the consent form is mandatory for your child’s participation in the excursion.
Cost and Payment:
The cost for the excursion is Rs. 3250/-. Please make the payment before 20thFebruary,
2024. You can submit the payment at the school office.

1. Please ensure your child is at the meeting point on time.
2. Emergency contact information must be up-to-date.
3. All students must adhere to the school's code of conduct during the excursion.
4.Students to wear comfortable clothing and shoes
5. Also inform prior about required medications, if any.
6. It is advisable to label all items with your child’s name.
