Dear Parents,

Greetings from Chrysalis High, Kadugodi!

We hope all our children & their loved ones are safe and healthy!

As we draw close to the end of the school year and our Grade XII children stand at the
threshold of completing their school era, we wish to ceremoniously conclude their epoch with
Chrysalis High, through a solemn and most coveted event – Farewell Ceremony.

We request your esteemed presence at the occasion to make the event momentous.

Please note the following points pertaining to the Farewell Ceremony:

1. An e invite of the Farewell shall be posted on CoolG. Please find below the date, time and
venue of the Farewell ceremony:
Date – 4th February 2024, Sunday
Time – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Venue – School Ground
2. Please ensure your child and you do not miss out on this once-in-lifetime event.
3. The children need to attend the event at the notified time along with you. Everyone being
seated at the venue 15 minutes prior to the event commencement, is solicited. The event
would start on time and any delay might result in children missing some part of one of the
most important days of their life.
4. Children must attend the event attired in the prescribed dress code to maintain uniformity
of look and sanctity of the event.
Please note below the attire for the occasion as prescribed by the school:
Girls:
Chrysalis Maroon saree.
Long-sleeved blouse (low neck /fancy designs not allowed).
Black footwear with a medium-height heel.
The saree has been provided from the school at a cost of Rs. 700/-
 Boys:
White business/ formal shirt.
Black formal trousers.
Maroon slim tie.
Footwear- Formal leather shoes & black socks.
To be procured by the parent as per the defined color and design.

In keeping with the solemnity of the event, parents are requested to be attired formally. Kindly
do not come in slippers, shorts or any other clothing which might seem inappropriate for the
event.
5. The school will not be providing any transportation that day.
6. After the formal event concludes, we wish to give some time to the children, to be with
their classmates, to clinch the memory of some precious moments at school. It would be
for about 30 minutes during which time, parents can help themselves with some
refreshments, at the designated area.

We look forward to experiencing this precious event along with you to bid farewell to our dear
children as they tread on their path ahead!
