We are writing to formally request permission to utilize the basketball court of the Brgy. Cogon
to conduct practices for our upcoming 42 nd Foundation Day Celebration. One of the highlights of
our celebration will be a Dance Palabas performance by our high school students, and we believe
that the basketball court would be the right venue for practices and rehearsals to ensure the
success of our presentation.

Event Details:
Purpose: Conduct practices for the Foundation Day Dance Palabas
Dates: January 22 & 24, 2024
Time: 7:45 AM -11:30 AM (January 22) and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (January 24)

We assure you that we will adhere to all rules and regulations set by the barangay during the
practice sessions. Our students and teachers are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and
orderliness of the facility and will follow any terms or conditions you may impose.

We kindly request your prompt response to this letter to facilitate our planning and preparations
for the Foundation Day Celebration. Should you require any additional information or wish to
