Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope you had a restful break and enjoyed some quality time with your
little ones. It was a joy to see the smiles on their faces as we kicked off the new term on Tuesday. The
hugs and laughter that fill the corridors are truly music to our ears.

This term, we are committed to strengthening the relationship between parents and our staff. We firmly
believe that working together is essential for the growth and development of your child/ren. Please feel
free to contact our staff if you have any concerns, compliments, or suggestions. Your input is valuable,
and we want to hear more from you.

To further build our school community, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting our second
worship night in August. Details will follow soon, and we hope to see you there. As we worship together,
we set an example of community and faith for the children we lead.

As part of maintaining a sense of unity and pride in our school, we will be conducting a uniform
inspection to ensure that our students are wearing the correct uniform. We kindly request your
assistance in purchasing the appropriate uniform for your child and labelling it correctly. Moreover, it
would be helpful if you could teach your child the responsibility of keeping their uniform safe and in
good condition.

We're thrilled about our upcoming Christmas in July event, scheduled for next week Friday. We invite
you all to join us for this festive celebration, where you'll have the opportunity to engage with our
teachers and their families. Please remember that learners must be accompanied by their parents for
this event. Upon arrival, students should report to their register class while parents wait in the hall.
Tickets can be purchased from our receptionist, Noluthando in the admin block.

Once again, welcome back to Term 3. We are genuinely excited to have our school community together
again and look forward to a rewarding and successful term ahead.
