step 1
ingredients Boil water and cook the rice according to instructions.
Heat a large frying pan or wok with oil
1 chicken breast
3 tablespoons of oil
160 grams of rice (any kind, white or brown)

1 sachet of itsu miso (original or vegetarian)
Stir fry the chicken for 8 minutes until cooked. Set aside
1 handful pumpkin seeds
and shred into small pieces with a fork
Green vegetables of choice (we recommend tender stem
broccoli and green beans)

Stir fry the vegetables until tender. Drain the rice and add
the rice and chicken back into the pan
step 4
Add the sachet of itsu miso and gently fry everything for 1
minute. Add 1 large mug of boiling water and simmer
gently for 5 minutes
step 5
To serve, pour into a large bowl and sprinkle with
pumpkin seeds
