A Recipe Book
Once baby reaches the 6 month mark, it’s time to start eating
real food. What baby can and can’t eat can be confusing, so we
put together these tips and yummy recipes to make it easier
for you. Don’t forget to introduce baby to each new food before
incorporating it into a recipe, follow general health guidelines for
feeding baby, and don’t stop feeding baby breast milk or formula
until your pediatrician says so. Each baby moves on to solid food at
a unique pace, so we included some purée recipes too. Enjoy!
