Dear Parents,
Greetings of Peace and Joy!
Notre Dame Siena College of Polomolok will be celebrating its ANNUAL FAMILY DAY on
December 07, 2013 with the theme: _____________________. This is a yearly celebration that
will give us the opportunity to share comradeship and foster good rapport.
With this in mind and in keeping with our cherished tradition, we will also commemorate
Christmas to praise and thank God for all the blessings we had received. This event will lead us to
be in communion with each other and with His Creation.
The occasion will never be complete without you. Your presence will make a difference for
the fruitfulness and success of this affair. Lets enjoy each others presence.
Please take note of the following for your proper guidance:
1. Thanksgiving mass 8:00 am at the gymnasium. Parents and students are requested to
bring offering (in kind).
2. Lunch provision shall be by family, however, any federation can make arrangement for
group preparation, and donations for extra food are highly appreciated.
3. Each parent in every section is requested to donate cash-gift (minimum of 20 pesos) for
our prizes (instead of buying an item). Foods are not advisable. You may give your
cash-gift before the family day to the Principals office.
4. Each federation has an assigned color/motif which shall be the basis for tent decoration
as well as for attire (old t-shirts will do).
5. Each student shall be issued raffle ticket worth Php 20.00, draw of which shall be done
during family day.
6. Each federation should prepare their LIVE Nativity scene during family day. Your much
needed participation in all contests and parlor games is highly sought.
7. Each federation is encouraged to hold preparatory meetings prior to this affair for proper
coordination of all things concerned.
