We are eagerly anticipating our upcoming Founder's Day event. As we prepare for this special
occasion, we would like to share some important instructions to ensure the smooth running of
the event and seek your valuable support.

Related to students:

 Students Reporting Timing: Kindly ensure that your child arrives at the school premises
as mentioned below for the rehearsal and the event.

 Transport: If your child avails school transport, please ensure they are ready at the
designated pickup points on time, as shown in the transport app on 22nd & 23rd Mar’24.
Point to note: On 23rd Mar’24, please note that the school transport will not be
available while departure.
 Dress code: Students are expected to report in the School uniform all the days.
 Students Snacks and Dinner:

Point to note: Please pack extra snack & ti in on both the days.

Related to Parents:

 Parents Reporting Time: We request all parents to be seated in the designated area by
5:25 PM on 23rd March’24 to avoid any delays in the commencement of the event.
 Vehicles: Please follow the instructions of our parking attendants for smooth parking
arrangements. Please park your vehicles in the designated parking areas to avoid
congestion.
 Crowd Movement: During the event, we anticipate a large crowd. We request your
cooperation in following the designated pathways and seating arrangements to ensure
everyone's safety and comfort. Please be seated in the respective places throughout the
event and encourage the kids.
 Mobile usage: We request the parents to switch o the mobile during the event.
