Ref – Information on Final Days of InspirUs (22nd – 24th February)

Dear Parents,

Please take note of the following information regarding InspirUs.

Dress Code:
• All Athletic Me Events - learners to wear PE uniform
• All Cerebral Me Events - learners to wear formal school uniform
• For Artistic Me and Expressive Me events – Unless specified, all learners must be dressed in formal school
uniform (for events like, Cirque Fantasia, dances, plays, etc. - the learners will wear the specific costumes as
instructed by the teachers/mentors)

Event Timings:
• Please note, all events will start at the time indicated in the schedule.
• All participants must report to the event venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event. For events requiring
prep time/make-up/etc. learners must follow the instructions as directed by the teachers/mentors.
• After their performance, learners may watch performances of other learners with their parents, based on the
availability of space.

Transport:
• Please note, no school bus service will be available during the period of InspirUs (22nd to 24th February).
• Parents are required to make arrangements for the drop and pick-up of learners.

Food:
• Please note, no school/cafeteria food will be available for learners during the period of InspirUs (22nd to 24th
February). Learners may carry snacks from home.
• A Food Court will be set up on the first floor on 22nd February and on the Ground floor on 23rd and 24th
February. Parents may buy purchase food from the food stalls.
• Please note that no food and drinks will be permitted inside any event/performance venues or in areas other
than those designated.

Dispersals for Grades 1 to 12:

Learners accompanied by parents may leave once the entire event they are participating in is over. Learners
authorized to leave unaccompanied (carrying an unaccompanied card) may go once the entire event they are
participating in is over.

For learners staying back in school, there will be three dispersal slots. Parents may pick up learners as per the timings
below:
• 1st Dispersal at 2:30 pm
• 2nd Dispersal at 6:30 pm
• 3rd Dispersal (Athletic Me Evening slot) at 7:30 pm
