ANNUAL SPORTS DAY FINAL UPDATE:2023-24

Dear Parent,
Greetings from NCFE-JBN!

Kindly note the following regarding the Annual Sports Day 2023-24:
1) On 9th September,2023 - the Annual Sports day, please note the below details:

For students:

● Reporting time for the students to the NCFE- CVR ground is 8:15AM at Gate no.2
(Opp Top in Town, next to VK convention centre, Kaggadasapura).
● Snacks will be provided by the school.
● School transport will not be available
● Grade 3 - Grade 10 students should come dressed in their sportswear, white socks and
shoes (no Spikes) and carry their costumes.
● Pre-Primary – Grade 2 students should come dressed in their drill costumes, black
shoes(no Spikes) and black socks.
● All students should carry their water bottles.

For parents:

a) Kindly be seated in the venue by 9.45AM.

b) Vehicle parking: Parking is available in the CVR school basement on a first cum
first basis.
c) During the program, parents will not be allowed to meet their ward.
d) Kindly avoid walking on the tracks and performance area at the venue
e) Food stalls will be available at the venue.
f) Student Dispersal – Once the programme is completed, parents are requested to pick
their wards from the ground as per the announcements made at the event. No
student will be allowed to exit from the venue before the dispersal time. Kindly
pay attention to the dispersal announcements made at the end of the event.

★ NOTE_ Looking into the weather condition, if there is cancellation of the event,
it will be posted on MCB. Kindly check the MCB.
