Installation of Interact Club - 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians & Students,
Greetings!
This is to apprise you that we have rescheduled the Installation Ceremony for the Interact Club of
GEA, Kandivali. It will be held on Saturday, 19th August, 2023 in our school, Gundecha
Education Academy, Kandivali.
Interact Club is a ‘Partner in Service’ associated with Rotary International. The Interact Club of
Gundecha Education Academy is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Mumbai, Kandivali.
The ‘Pinning of the Badge’ ceremony as a part of the Installation of the Interact Club for the
academic year 2023-24 will be conducted where a badge will be presented to each student member
by the esteemed dignitaries.
Please note that we have scheduled classes for students of class XI on Saturday, 19th August 2023.
Once the students arrive, they will attend their classes as per the schedule given below on page no 2.
After the scheduled classes, the students will be guided to the Assembly hall for the Interact
Installation Ceremony.
Details:

Day & Date: Saturday, 19th August, 2023

Dress Code: Students must wear white, full sleeved, formal shirts, black trousers,
black formal shoes & Id cards.
Reporting Time: 7.30 am
Reporting Venues: Seventh Floor
712 - XI Saffron
714 - XI Crimson
711- XI Chestnut
Things to carry : The students are required to carry the books & notebooks as per the
schedule shared below, snacks/food for short break and water

Canteen facility: Canteen facility on payment will be available.

Refreshments will be served at the end of the programme in room
nos.002, 003, 004.

Dispersal: Dispersal will be from 11 am onwards.

Students must maintain discipline and follow the decorum of the ceremony by being courteous and a
good audience.
You are requested to please refrain from sending the children to the venue if they have
slightest cold, cough, fever, stomach aches, loose motions or any other medical reasons. Their
badges & certificates will be handed over in school at Kandivali once they resume school.
