Dear Parents / Guardians,

Cordial Greetings for a Healthy and Happy Life from your School, St. Clare's !

We are overwhelmed at the response and cooperation we are receiving from you for the
preparation of the forthcoming Annual Sports Day - 2023. Let me acknowledge that the
children are at their creative best to put up the programme in your honour. My sincere
appreciation to the force behind them -the teaching and auxiliary staff- for their dedication
and unstinted co-operation.

From Monday, November 06, 2023 to Thursday, November 09, 2023 we will be having
regular and guided practice in Ekalavya Stadium to perfect cach and every event for the
final day.

Accordingly, the students who are participating / performing in the Annual Sports Day are
required to report at the Stadium. The Non-Participating Students are not to come to the
school during these days. Parents are requested to monitor their learning activities at
home.

Kindly note the following instructions for the Participating Students :

1. The participants will report tothe Stadium latest by 8:15 am.

2. Kindly provide the children with Nutritious Meals / Tiffin.
3. Potable Water Facility is available in the Stadiunm. However., children are
encouraged to carry their own water bottles.

4. Hand Sanitization and Hand Washfacilities are in place. Children are advised to
take care of their health and payattention to their personal hygiene.
5. Children need not bring Study Materials(Books and Copies).
6. No Barred Items (Mobile Phones, Other Electronic Gadgets, etc.) are allowed.
7. The Mode of Transportation of the children vwould be the responsibility of the
parents. Kindly liaisonwith your transportation provider for the smooth operation.
8. No Self-driven Scooty / Motor Bike would be allowed to ensure Safety and
Security of the Students.
9. School Uniform and School I-Cardis mandatory for all.
