INFRASTRACTURE (PNPKI) APPLICATION FORMS

1. Relative to OUA Memo No. 00-0721-0129, the school shall conduct an Orientation
on Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure on August 18, 2021, 10:00-12:00 in
the morning via google meet.
2. The objective of this activity is to discuss the documentary requirements and
discuss the processing of PNPKI application.
3. Participants to this orientation are all teachers from Kinder to Grade VI.
4. To ensure the smooth flow of activity, attached herewith is the program of
activities and Committee In-charge.
5. The cooperation and support of all concerned is earnestly desired for the success
of this Training.
6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
