Indicate Date of February 16-18, 2022
Implementation
Rationale Contextualized is one of the keys of engaging the learner in the
teaching-learning process wherein the students can relate their
situation on their lesson. It makes the lesson meaningful and relevant
to the learners’ lives by relating the learners context to mathematical
content taught in school.
The concept of localization and contextualization falls on the idea that
learners learned best when experienced in the classroom have
meanings and relevance in their daily lives.
In consonance of the Division Memorandum No. 523, Series 2020
entitled “Online Training on the Enhancement of Contextualized Learning
Resources in Mathematics” in compliance and implementation to the
program, it is with these thought that this training is conceptualized to
provide further knowledge for the teacher to implement and study how
learners learn mathematical problems that emphasize real-life
situation.
Program/Training/ By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Course Objective 1. provide teachers further knowledge and skills in enhancing the
Contextualized Learning Resources in Mathematics
