NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE VIRTUAL ORIENTATION OF TEACHERS AND

PARENTS

The Virtual Orientation was called to order at exactly 2:00 in the afternoon. It started with the
singing of Patriotic Song and a prayer given by Mrs. Vanessa D. Gayola, adviser of Grade 6 Section
Athena. It was attended by the parents/guardians and teachers of the Grade 6 students. To formally open
the meeting, Mrs. Lilibeth A. Tabita adviser of Section Hera gave the opening remarks, followed by Mrs.
Leah C. Tubigon, adviser of Section Zeus gave the proper etiquette in attending the online meeting.

First of the agenda is by introducing the new line up teachers in Grade 6. Next on the agenda
was the presentation of delivery mode in learning, different places for learning hub, schedule in getting the
module and lastly guides for the parents in using the module and worksheets. It was attended by 90 parents
out of 272 expected attendees. Attached here is the link of attendance in different sections.

Feedback
1. Due to slow connection, presentation became static.
2. Only 33% of parents were attended in the virtual orientation

Gaps and Issues

1. Difficulties in using google meet by other participants
2. Unstable internet connection that cause some participants to be logged out
