OPERATIONS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
Date : August 22, 2022
1. In pursuant to the DepEd Memorandum No. 34 s. 2022 titled : School

Calendar and Activities for School Year 2022-2023, this office shall conduct

monitoring of the opening of classes, school governance and operations, and

the implementation of Basic Education Curriculum.
This activity aims to:
a. Ensure that the school adhere to the provisions stated in the Implementating
Guidelines of D.O no. 34 s. 2022.
b. Ensure preparedness of school facilities providing relevant service to learners;
and
c. Provide instructional support and teachinical assistance if necessary.

1. Monitoring of schools shall be done by the Education Program Supervisors

and Public Schools District Supervisors.
2. In preparation on the school monitoring this office announce the Team Leader
and members in preparing the data needed on the monitoring tool.
3. Attached are the Monitoring Team and Monitoring Tool designed to gather
data on the school basic information. program enrolment, number of class
