    NARRATIVE REPORT

    In-Service Training (INSET) – Day 3

    Day 3 of In-Service Training (INSET) 2020 featured the Presentation of Weekly

    Home Learning Plan (WHLP) and Other Materials with Ma’am Dalisay Torres, as an

    assigned process observer in the morning session.

    INSET includes MELCs-based Quarter 2 planning for Distance Learning

    Delivery Modalities (DLDM). Based on the retrieved modules in Quarter 1, the MELCs

    actually covered to target weeks of implementation. The results of the study shall be

    the basis in programming the MELCs with the corresponding modules for Quarter 2.

    In addition, with this training, teachers need to assess the implementation of

    the contextualized LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (LCP) and gather evidence as a

    basis for plan adjustments, making of Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) and other

    learning Materials.

    The INSET was conducted to keep abreast the school faculty with the latest

    trends and best practices in different subject areas. The INSET has not only provided

    the participants an opportunity to gain new knowledge, but also encouraged them to

    make a positive change around them especially in this time of Pandemic. The

    participants also got an opportunity to address the learning difficulties of learners and

    can satisfy the curiosity of teachers to understand existing issues in new normal

    modalities and how to address them.
