1. In coherence with school memorandum no.10, series 2021, In pursuant to CHILD RIGHTS and
CHILD PROTECTION in the BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN DepEd
stressed to promotes the right of the child against all forms of violence and abuse through its
Child Protection Policy under DepEd Order No.40,s 2012. This office announces the
conduct of Parents Orientation on Child Protection Policy from February 17-26, 2021,
agreed upon by grade level via Google Meet at 9:30 in the morning.
2. The activity aims to:
a. to orient Parents on Child Protection Policy and

b. to capacitate Parents , guardians and learning facilitators at home on Child Rights in
Education, Child Protection in Education in the Time of COVID-19, and Positive
Discipline in Education for Parents and Guardians with the child and his/her right to
education as the center of the BE-LCP.
3. Participants to this orientation are all Parents from Kinder to Grade VI.
4. To participate in the conduct of this activity registered 15 minutes before the time.
5. To ensure the smooth flow of activity, attached herewith is the program of activities and
Committee In-charge of the activities to be assigned by grade leader.
6. The cooperation and support of all concerned is earnestly desired for the success of this
activity.
7. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
