To promote the continuous p r o f e s s i o n a l improvement of the staff of the school system,to involve in a participative and
collaborative learning in teaching profession ,to keep professionals abreast of new knowledge ,to unleash creative activities and to

Learning, Strategies in Managing S-M-L Classes: Creating Interactive experiences, immersive exploration and
experimentation in learning environments, Personal Effectiveness: Teaching Philosophy Maximizing Personal
Effectiveness in the Classroom and Improving Classroom Assessment.This training is based on the District Plan as
mandated in DM-OUHROD-2024-0037 titled Guidelines on the conduct of INSET for SY 2023-2024.Each session is
comprised of content lectures and discussions,learning activities and workshop designed for the production of required
outputs.An evaluation process is integrated in each session and in the whole program.
INSET as defined in the DM-OUHROD-2024-0037 refers to the modality of Professional Development intervention
organized either in school (School Based INSET),cluster(Cluster-Based INSET), District(District-Based INSET) and
Division (Division-Based INSET) to address and resolve areas of need identified by the teachers or school leaders to
continuously improve their competencies, INSET as one of the Learning and Development Program ensure the
participatory of all teachers and school leaders to provide them necessary learning and development needs
interventions that help them grow professionally in the field of teaching-learning process endeavors. An evaluation
process is integrated in each session and in the whole program. At the end of the training, the participants are expected
to submit output and an action plan stating the directions for the translation of their learning into professional outputs.
Terminal Objectives:
By the end of this Program, participants will be able to:
To adopt teaching strategies applicable to different kinds of learners.
To promote fairness learning environment conducive for learning.
To create an effective and efficient teaching- learning process
Enabling Objectives are the specific objectives that support the Terminal Objective/s.
To demonstrate collaborative expertise in teaching.
To develop teachers’ ability through differentiated instruction in unlocking student potential .
