I. PROFILE OF THE PROGRAM

1. Title of the Program or Course

SEMESTRAL BREAK INSET FOR TEACHERS SY 2023-2024

2. Rationale
In accordance and compliance with the directives of DM-OUHRD 2024-0037 entitled
Guidance on the conduct of INSET for SY 2023-2024 and the resumption of the face-to-face classes
comes with a new set of concerns and challenges both faced by teachers and learners. These issues will be
eased and lessened through opportunities of learning and sharing actively and cooperatively among peers
with the guidance of different DepEd directives and issuances as both teachers and learners navigate the
teaching-learning process in the New Normal.

3. Program or Course Description

The INSET for the School Year 2023-2024 for the first three days will district/ cluster-
based while the remaining two days will be about the contextualized/ localized instructional materials
adapted to particularly adjust to the learning gaps and needs of pupils to aid in their learning recovery
progress.
