Circular for KG Sports Day

Dear parents,

The students and staff of Ramana Vidyalaya take pleasure in inviting you to the KG Sports Day which will
be held at RV School Ground on Saturday, 21st January 2023.

A. Events to be held on the sports day:

- Running Race Finals
- Hurdle / Fun Games Finals
- Group Game
- Prize distribution (1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes)

C. Guidelines / Instructions:

- School van facilities will not be available for both pick-up and drop.

- Students should be dropped off by their parents in their respective classrooms at the reporting time
mentioned above and move to the seating area (ground).

- Kindly send your ward ONLY in school uniform with an ID card and crocs.

- Students are expected to carry their snacks and water bottles alone.

- Parents are requested to be seated 10 minutes before their event begins.

- The school has arranged for the photographer to record and photograph the event. However, if you wish
to click the pictures yourself, kindly do so without leaving your seats, and without interrupting the students
and the audience.

- Students should be picked from their classroom at the dispersal time mentioned above.

- The students will be handed over to you only from their classrooms. Please do not enter the backstage
area at any time during or after the show.

- As we have limited parking space, parents are requested to share / pool vehicles. All are requested to
follow the instructions given by our staff in the parking lot to have smooth traffic flow.

Kindly co-operate with the teachers and support staff to make the event a grand success. We look forward
to welcoming you at the Talent show.
