Showdown program

Activities Time
Dress code inspection and 6:50-7:30 am
confirmation of payment upon entry

- 2 members of student government

will be at the main entrance to the
school and the reception to check the
dress code regulation and confirm
payment for showdown.

Assembly 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM

- Closing day assembly: This

assembly will be lead by the SLT
and Head of School for closing
remarks and announcements.

Face painting and poster making 8:20 AM to 8:50 AM

to show team spirit

- Face painting will take place in

lunch banda with a nurse on
standby for any reactions to the
paint. (conducted by volunteers
from DP1 and the student govt)
-Student’s will also be free to
make posters in their respective
classrooms during this time to
show support for the team they’re
rooting for.

Netball kick off 9:00 AM to 9:50AM

- Students will be ushered to the

basketball court where they will
be seated to watch the netball
match.
- Referees, score counters, and
commentators will be stationed in
the courts a few minutes prior to
start time.

NB:All student’s playing must be

in the court 10 minutes prior to
the start time.

Game start time: 9:00 AM

Quarter 1: 9:00AM-9:10AM
Quarter 2: 9:12AM-9:22AM
Quarter 3: 9:24-9:34 AM
Quarter 4: 9:36-46 AM

Full Time: 9:46 AM

Break 10:00 AM-10:15AM

- Students will have an

opportunity to have brunch.
- Brunch menu will be organized
by the Prom and CAS committee,
including healthy brunch options
for students to have alongside
their own snacks.

Basketball 10:20 AM to 11:10 AM

- Students will be ushered back to

the basketball court by members

Lunch Pick-Up 11:20-12 PM

-School lunch student’s will be

given an opportunity to pick-up
their lunch.

Football 11:20-12:20 PM

- Students will be ushered back

to the field by members of the
student government.
- Referees, score counters, and
commentators will be expected
there a few minutes prior to start
time.

Kick off: 11:20 AM

Half 1: 11:20-11:50
Half 2: 12:00-12:30

free to go and prepare for at
12:30.
