 The student’s chosen design will be approved by the Dean and CHS faculty

3. CHS WEEK 2023

 All students under the College of Health Sciences shall be attending all of the
activities
 Each CASA will have facilitators to check the attendance for each day.

Theme: “ Effacing Pop Culture in Modern Day Health Warriors”

 Each CASA shall have an entry for the bench yell with banner.
 Each CASA shall have a participant/s for Photography competition and Vlogging
Competition (minimum of 1 maximum of 3)
 Each CASA shall cosplay their assigned theme for the parade
 The registration for the photography competition will happen before the parade and the
competition proper will happen throughout day.

 The CHSSO Treasurer and Auditor tasked to collect the payments of the intramural shirts this
week
 The collected design proper of the organizational t-shirt will be passed by the dean and the
students of the College of Health Sciences
 The CHSSO officers and the CHSSO adviser are working for the upcoming event CHS Week
2023
 The CHSSO Officers are planning some activities and events for CHS week
