Dear Barangay Chairman,

Good day and greetings!

As continuously promoting healthy lifestyles within the citizens in our
community, we have organized a program and project for our loving residents to
participate in. The Barangay Poblacion Dos ought to hold its Summer Sports Fest
showcasing various sport activities, as well as health and fitness exercises. Together
with the exhibiting of different sports, the Barangay will also have a Zumba Dance
Clinic within its community and dwellings. The sports fest, might as well the Zumba
dance, will be a three- day event starting from December 20 and will commence on
December 22. To have a glint in the program, the said festival of sports will include
various activities such as chess, badminton, basketball, and volleyball suitable for
both men and women. Similarly, the mentioned Zumba dance will be participated in
by parents and elderlies. Furthermore, the main objective of this event is to uphold
the value of sportsmanship as a shin of respect to each other. Correspondingly, this
project is also organized with the aim of encouraging residents to be physically and
mentally fit that will lead to a healthier and happier life worth living. Thus, we need
your help to support this undertaking which we believe will greatly benefit each and
every one of us.
Prior to this, as the one who leads the management team of the said event, we are
kindly requesting and seeking financial support for the budget that may include the
prizes, trophies, and other equipment that is required for this event to be successful.
Any amount that you, our loving Barangay Chairman, will give us is highly
appreciated. We will be ecstatic and grateful enough for any amount you will
voluntarily share for the league, it would definitely be a great help for us to carry out
this endeavor.
We are hoping for your favorable response and kind consideration regarding this

 PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

The Barangay Sports Fest has a main goal of bringing people together
from all over the community, nourishing relationships within the residents,
and building networks through creating friendly competition between groups
and individuals that has one desire to showcase their own capabilities. These
interactive activities provide unity and growth within the community because
of having a one united vision. The event generally has an ambition to promote
health and fitness in a creative and enjoying way. Furthermore, the sports fest
will be a perfect opportunity to show camaraderie, athleticism, and talents of
different individuals. Performs good sportsmanship through strengthening of
teamwork and character, in a way that it teaches respect, honor, discipline,
friendliness, inclusion, and perseverance.

 AUDIENCES OF THE EVENT

 15 to 30 years of age for the SUMMER SPORTS FEST activities.
 30 years old and above for the ZUMBA DANCE CLINIC event.
