The said Sound system is very useful considering the number students and teachers who will be
benefited with that equipment/facility.

The Boy Scout of the Philippines aim of providing opportunities for Scouts to practice and enhance
their physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual potentials had led to an activity like the
upcoming 2012 Eastern Mindanao Regional Jamboree on August 1-5, 2012, at Provincial Capitol,
Alabel, Sarangani Sports Complex, Sarangani Province.
In connection thereof, we are pleased to be invited in this particular scouting event and therefore have
the chance to partake with BSP’s aim to the scouts.
Furthermore, it is no longer new to our knowledge that activity like this will need financial obligations
to consider for registration fees, travel and other expenses to cater the necessities during this event.

3. Cleanliness will be maintained;
4. All mounted portion will be levelled after the activity and all destroyed track of the
oval will be scraped and returned to its original position;
5. Mounted soil will be brought to the Elem. Agri. Garden for use of the EPP.
6. Damages will be replenished by the committee for the good of the school.
