RE: LETTER OF REQUEST TO USE BASKETBALL COURT TO CREATE A FREE FITNESS ACTIVITY


Dear Mr. Uy,

In celebration of the Year of the Youth 2019 for the Filipinos, we, the youth leaders and
together with Fr. Ricky Peñalosa, DCD, would humbly request your favor to allow us to
utilize one of the basketball court of Deca Homes Resort and Residences for the youth
activities starting January 19, 2019 and succeeding Saturdays. This is a FREE FITNESS
ACTIVITY offered particularly to the youth of DHRR and to those who would like join the 1
hour ZUMBA Activity.

We have invited a licensed Zumba Instructor to lead the participants of such. Though we
have arranged the fees for the trainer to offer it for FREE to the participants, still, we would
like to request your support to use the said facility/amenity. Mindful that we will be
Sresponsible for keeping it clean before and after our activities.

With these regard, allow us to invite you and your staff who would be happy to join us in
this fitness program so together we can make it possible of attaining a happy and fit
community.

The fitness program will start at 5:30PM and ends at 6:30PM unless otherwise moved due
to other circumstances.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward that thru these activities, the
community will be happy and enticed with the support given by 8990 and DECA HOMES.
