A BLAST TO REMEMBER

“A Blast to Remember” is the exclusive Year End Celebration of PUP Quezon City
students. This event aims to entertain and have a restful celebration for all PUPQC students and
admin/faculty. It also aims to showcase the talents of the students from different Academic and
Non-Academic Organizations in the PUP Quezon City Branch.

Goals and Objectives:

 Adapt the culture of Filipinos in celebrating holidays despite of the problems.

 Promote unity, teamwork and collaboration among PUPQC Academic and Non-
Academic Organizations.
 Make the PUPQC Community feels the warmth of holidays and engaged in this kind of
annual celebration.
 Show the talent and creativity of the students, academic and non-academic organizations
as well as the Admin and Faculty by different presentations related to the theme of
holidays.

 Zoom Cloud Meeting (For all participating Academic and Non-Academic Organizations;
PUPQC Admin and Faculty)
 Live via Supreme Student Council Official Facebook Page (For the rest of the students)
 December 20, 2021; 6:00pm to 8:00pm

 All currently enrolled PUP Quezon City students
 PUPQC Administration, Staff, and Faculty

Mechanics of Implementation
1. Coordinate with the persons involved:
o Director of PUP-QC Branch
o Academic Head of PUP-QC
o Office of Student Affairs and Services

2. Conduct an announcement to the participants of what they will do at the said event.

3. Send a letter of invitation to all PUP-QC Academic and Non-Academic Organizations for
proper dissemination per course/year level

4. Creation of technical working committees:

o Ad hoc Committee – Jerome Portuguez (JMS), Melissa Ramilo (CHRS) and
Joylyn Castor (KATAGA)
o Finance Committee – JMS & COL
o Program Committee – SSC & CHRS
o Communication and Invitation Letters – KATAGA

5. Preparation and actualization.

Registration
Registration is open for all bonafide Marketing Management students of the PUP Quezon
City Branch.
Registration of all participants must be completed from December 13 until December 17,
2021.
