BOLTS 2016 is a two-days and one night seminar consisting of lectures, workshops and team activities to explore, boost and strengthen the
leadership potential and skills of the Biophilic Officers. The seminar will also teach basic construction of paper works like Project Proposals,
Liquidation Reports and Documentation Reports and making of GPOA (General Plan of Action) for School Year 2016 2017.

In line with the organizations mission which is to provide assemblies, skills training, information campaigns and lecture forums for the betterment
of the students and the community, this project will develop the officers knowledge, skills and competencies that will lead to an improved
performance as a student leader and empower them to become men and women for others.
