ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
TITLE : Seminar Workshop for Teachers on PPST, Action Research and ICT
THEME : PPST, Action research, ICT: Tools of 21st Century Competent Teachers
DURATION : July 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28; August 3, 4 , 8:00 am-5:00 pm
RATIONALE :
Becoming a globally competitive teacher takes skills, dedication, and the love for teaching. To become
one requires being equipped with tools for effective teaching and learning. Aside from the basic lessons that the
teachers take on before they become professional, they need every training that they can get to ensure that their
skills ae honed and that their skills in teaching as well as in learning, do not stop.
OBJECTIVES
The Seminar aims to:
1. deepen the knowledge of the teachers with the relevant topics being discussed
2. raise awareness of the teachers as they align these knowledge to their profession ; and
3. create respective outputs relevant to each topic that will help the teachers in developing their skills
PARTICIPANTS :
1. TCP Graduates
2. Graduates of BSEE and BSSE
3. Newly LET Board Passers
4. DEPED Applicants (Teachers)

BUDGET :
Note: Computation based on 50 participants only.
AMOUNT DESCRIPTION
P20,000 Resource Speakers’ P.F (2000 per day X 10 days)
P2,500 Resource Speakers’ food allowance (am/pm snacks and lunch)
(250.00 per day X 10 days)
EVENTS TO BE CONDUCTED :
The different events to be conducted includes the following:
1. PPST Seminar for 2 days
2. Action Research Seminar for 2 days
3. ICT Seminar for 6 days
