I. Rationale:

A team building activity is just one of the many activities that could benefit
employees in various sectors. This activity will give them the opportunity to evaluate
their strengths, weaknesses, values, skills, and commitments as an individual and in
relation to their duties and responsibilities as a teacher, office staff, brother/sister,
wife/husband parent, or as a member of the society where they are in.

Furthermore, the training is designed to assess and empower the potential

participants to unite themselves and cooperate in the different activities and programs
where they should be involved whether in the school or in the community.

II. Objectives:

1. To provide a means for the participants to have a self-reflection and be

willing to accept challenges and changes as they push through with the
series of activities
2. To develop in them the values and skills needed in the fulfillment of their
goals.
